16-Pack 20oz Sublimation Tumblers

This set includes sixteen food-grade stainless steel tumblers with a white heat sublimation coating. Each straight tumbler holds 20 ounces (591.5 ml) and measures 75 x 210 mm (2.95 x 8.26 in). The kit supplies lids, straight straws, cleaning brushes, shrink wrap, gift boxes and ribbons for immediate customising and gifting.

Build integration and accessories

The double-wall construction keeps drinks hot or cold without external condensation, freeing the user from coasters or sleeves. A sublimation oven or heat press machine is required to transfer designs onto the coated surface. The included shrink wrap secures the transfer paper during the oven method, while the brushes simplify cleaning of the narrow 2.95-inch diameter body.

Sustained-use behaviour

Food-grade stainless steel resists corrosion and flavour retention across repeated wash cycles. The transparent PS lids and straight straws are reusable, reducing single-use waste during daily service. At 5.26 kg (11.61 lbs) total weight, the case remains manageable for storage and transport between craft sessions or market stalls.

Questions about this item

How many tumblers can I sublimate in one batch with the included shrink wraps?

The kit provides 16 shrink wraps, one for each of the 16 tumblers, so you can process the full set at once.

Will the stainless steel exterior become too hot to handle during a long oven or press cycle?

The double-wall construction insulates the outer surface, keeping it cooler than single-wall blanks during sustained heat transfer.

Which heat-source equipment must I already own — oven or press — to use these blanks?

You need either a sublimation oven or a heat-press machine; the tumblers work with both methods.
