30-Qt Turkey Fryer Set

This VEVOR 1630B set is a propane-powered outdoor cooker built around a 30-quart aluminum pot and a 54,000 BTU burner. It arrives new with a full accessory kit including basket, rack, thermometer, injector, hose and regulator. The stand is CSA-certified for stability during use.

For Outdoor Batch Cooking

It suits anyone frying or steaming whole poultry, boiling seafood or preparing large batches of soup and stew outside. Buyers who need an indoor appliance, electric temperature control or a smaller vessel for everyday kitchen tasks should look elsewhere.

54,000 BTU Propane Burner

The single spec that decides fit is the 54,000 BTU propane burner, which demands outdoor ventilation and a standard LP tank connection. If your setup cannot accommodate open-flame propane at that output, this unit will not work for you.

Questions about this item

What propane supply is needed for the 54000 BTU burner?

The burner connects to a standard LP cylinder using the supplied 35.8 inch hose and regulator.

Can the 14.6 lb aluminum pot sit on a regular kitchen stove instead of the stand?

The pot is built for the included outdoor stand and 54000 BTU propane burner; indoor stovetops will not provide that heat output.

How do I confirm the oil has reached frying temperature after lighting the burner?

Use the included thermometer clipped to the 30-quart pot to monitor oil temperature while the 54000 BTU burner heats.
