Portable 2 L Pressure Pot

The VEVOR 2 L spray paint pressure pot delivers pressurised fluid to the included 1.8 mm nozzle gun for architectural, automotive and decorative coating work. Its 4.1 lb net weight and integrated carry handle let a single operator move the 0.5 gal tank to ceilings or elevated surfaces without a separate compressor-mounted reservoir. The 1/4 in air inlet and 3/8 in fluid outlet connect to standard shop air lines for immediate use.

Setup and Common Issues

Connect the 3 m hose set between the 1/4 in air inlet and your regulator, then fill the 4.9 × 8.1 in bucket through the top opening before sealing the lid. The three gun knobs control air volume, fluid flow and fan width; start with low pressure and open each knob gradually to avoid runs or orange peel. Over-tightening the lid gasket or running above 45 psi often causes leaks at the sealant port, so apply the supplied 10 ml sealant sparingly and re-check torque after the first pressurisation.

Pressure and Material Limits

The tank is rated to a maximum of 45 psi (3.1 bar); exceeding this pressure risks lid deformation and voids the pressure-vessel safety margin. Latex and other high-viscosity coatings require a separate gun with a 4 mm or larger nozzle, which is not included, so the supplied 1.8 mm tip is limited to thinned enamels, stains and clear coats. Continuous spraying time depends on compressor recovery rate, not on the pot itself, so plan refill intervals for large surface areas.
