20-Ton Hydraulic Kit

The VEVOR 20-ton porta power kit is a portable hydraulic system built for automotive frame repair and heavy-equipment maintenance. It delivers 44000 lbs of force through a hand-operated pump and includes a ram, three extension tubes and multiple heads in a blow-moulded case.

5.7-Inch Ram Stroke

The single specification that decides fit is the 5.7 in ram stroke, which determines how far the cylinder extends in one cycle. If the repair gap exceeds this travel, the kit cannot close it without repositioning or a longer cylinder.

Automatic Overload Protection

Under sustained load the pump’s automatic overload system activates to protect the ram and internal seals from excess pressure. The TPU seal ring and HV15 hydraulic oil maintain consistent viscosity, while the electrostatic powder-coated QT450 and Q235B components resist corrosion during extended use.

Questions about this item

What does the 20-ton capacity mean when I am actually using the kit?

The hydraulic pump delivers up to 20 tons of force, and the built-in automatic overload system protects the rams and equipment if pressure exceeds the limit.

How does the 4.6 ft oil hose limit where I can position the pump and ram?

The 1.4 m hose sets the maximum working distance between the pump and cylinder, so layout the job within that reach before pressurising.

What clearance do I need to store or transport the kit in its case?

The blow-moulded case measures 29.5 x 11.6 x 6.5 inches and the complete kit weighs 76 lbs, so allow that footprint and weight.
