Commercial Meat Tumbler

The VEVOR 20L vacuum tumbler marinator uses -60 kPa vacuum pressure and bidirectional rotation to shorten marination time. A 55 W motor running on 120 V AC drives three selectable speeds. The 304 stainless steel drum holds 5.28 gallons for processing chicken, steak, pork and similar cuts in a commercial kitchen.

Sustained Operation

Continuous vacuum pressure and drum rotation distribute marinade evenly throughout each cycle without pressure loss. The 201 stainless steel body and integrated pressure relief switch maintain safe operation during extended batches. Net weight of 13.6 kg keeps the unit stable on its four foot pads while the drum turns.

20 Litre Drum Capacity

The 300 x 240 x 325 mm drum determines the maximum volume of meat that can be tumbled in a single load. Buyers needing to process larger quantities per cycle will require a machine with a bigger drum.

Questions about this item

How much noise and heat does the 55 W motor produce during a full day of marinating?

The unit runs on 55 W at 120 V, so power draw and heat output are low; the bidirectional drum turns at three selectable speeds, keeping operational noise modest for a commercial kitchen.

What power supply and accessories are required before the first batch?

A standard 120 V 60 Hz outlet is needed; the package includes the power cord, a plastic basin, four foot pads and the user manual, so no extra parts are required.

Will the 304 stainless steel drum and 201 stainless steel body withstand daily cleaning alongside older cast-iron equipment?

Both 304 and 201 stainless steels resist corrosion from brine and cleaning chemicals, and the pressure-relief switch adds safety when the machine runs beside legacy gear.
