3-Gallon Stainless-Steel Moonshine Still

This 3-gallon distiller set includes a fermentation barrel, condenser barrel, thumper keg, built-in dual-scale thermometer and a circulating water pump. All wetted parts are food-grade stainless steel and red copper. The boiler barrel holds up to 11.4 litres of mash, making the kit suitable for small-batch home whisky, wine or brandy production.

Open-Loop Copper-Coil Cooling System

The condenser uses a 10 mm copper coil cooled by an open water circuit driven by the supplied circulating pump. Cooling performance depends on the temperature and flow rate of the external water source you provide. No closed-loop chiller is included, so continuous cold-water supply or a large reservoir is required for extended runs.

The pump requires a mains electricity connection; verify the voltage and plug type match your supply. Distillation releases flammable vapour, so the area must be well ventilated and free of ignition sources.
