Self-centering 10 in chuck with 0.24-9.84 in clamping range and 0.05 mm bearing tolerance for lathe, milling and drilling machines
The VEVOR 3-jaw lathe chuck is built from HT300 cast iron with 20Cr steel jaws hardened to 53HRC and a 40Cr scroll at 45HRC. A quenching process adds rust resistance for long service in milling, drilling and 3D-printer machining centres. Bearing tolerance is held to 0.05 mm.
Internal jaws grip workpieces from 0.24 to 4.33 in while external jaws extend the range to 9.84 in, replacing chucks that cannot span both small and large diameters. The jump is worthwhile when a single setup must handle stock from 6 mm up to 250 mm without changing fixtures.
The 80 mm bore and 3-M10 fixed threads mount directly to compatible lathe spindles. A T-key, three fixing screws and a hexagon wrench are included for installation. The 252 by 190 mm footprint and 22.3 kg weight demand a rigid machine base but free the operator from sourcing separate clamping hardware.

The chuck needs an 80 mm spindle bore and three M10 fixing screws for mounting.
Remove the jaws with the T-key, reverse their order, and reinstall; do not force the scroll past its 0.05 mm bearing tolerance.
Replace jaws if wear exceeds the 53HRC surface or the scroll if the 45HRC gear teeth show pitting or backlash.
