3-Tier Welding Cart WT-78

The VEVOR WT-78 is a three-tier mobile cart built to hold welding machines, gas cylinders and tools in one unit. It supports MIG, TIG, ARC and plasma cutting equipment for workshop or job-site use.

Weight Capacity Limits

Static load is rated at 400 lbs while rolling load drops to 370 lbs. Two 2.9-inch front swivel casters and two 7-inch rear PVC wheels give 360-degree mobility but the dynamic rating must not be exceeded when moving a full cart.

Gas Cylinder Security

Two dedicated cylinder slots and two stainless steel safety chains lock tanks in place to prevent tipping during transport. Four side brackets keep welding guns and pliers organised and within reach.

Questions about this item

What is the difference between the 400 lbs static and 370 lbs dynamic weight capacities?

The cart supports up to 400 lbs when stationary and 370 lbs while being moved, so choose based on whether the loaded cart will stay in place or roll frequently.

How does the 400 lbs static capacity translate when the cart is fully loaded and rolling?

When rolling, the safe limit drops to 370 lbs dynamic capacity; the 2.9-inch front swivel casters and 7-inch rear PVC wheels handle this weight on level shop floors.

What does the 360° swivel on the front casters actually allow in a tight workspace?

The two 2.9-inch front casters rotate a full 360°, letting you pivot the 15.35-inch wide cart in narrow aisles without lifting the 370 lbs dynamic load.
