Welding Table for Metal Fabrication

This carbon steel welding table provides a 36 by 18 inch work surface designed for metal hobbyists and professionals. The frame supports up to 1200 pounds of load capacity while weighing 60.6 pounds itself. Lockable casters allow the bench to be moved around the workshop and secured in place during use.

94 Fixture Holes and 4 Tool Slots

The tabletop features 94 holes at 5/8 inch diameter plus four tooling slots for clamping jigs and workpieces. This pattern lets you position fixtures precisely for intricate or petite parts. A built-in tool tray adds storage without increasing the bench footprint.

Ready to Use After Simple Assembly

The package includes the welding table and a hardware set for initial setup. Carbon steel construction resists wear and rust without extra treatment. The braking casters must be engaged before welding to prevent unwanted movement under heavy loads.

Questions about this item

Will the 1200lb capacity hold a heavy fabrication project without the table bowing?

The carbon steel frame and surface are rated for a maximum load of 1200lb, so a fully loaded project up to that weight is supported without structural deflection.

What does the 5/8-inch hole size mean for the clamps and stops I already own?

The 94 fixture holes are machined to 5/8 inch diameter, matching standard 5/8-inch welding clamps, stops and tooling so existing accessories fit directly.

What floor space and clearance does the 36 by 18 inch top need when the casters are locked?

The table footprint is 36 x 18 inches (91.4 x 45.7 cm) and sits on four lockable casters; allow that same rectangle plus room to engage the brakes.
