Upgrade from Manual Ice-Crushing Methods

Replacing hand-cranked or blender-based preparation, this unit automates freezing and stirring at consistent temperatures. The jump is worth it when you need repeatable texture across multiple servings without monitoring ice consistency by hand.

Countertop Appliance with Sealed Tank System

The machine measures 7.9 by 20.1 by 20.5 inches and weighs 44.1 lbs, requiring a stable flat surface and a standard power outlet. Included sealing rings and a drip tray contain leaks, freeing staff from constant cleanup during service.

Questions about this item

How much counter space does the 200 x 510 x 520 mm machine need?

The unit measures 200 mm wide, 510 mm deep and 520 mm high, so allow at least that footprint plus a few centimetres clearance on each side for ventilation and the drip tray.

Which sealing ring goes where during first assembly?

Fit the large tank sealing ring onto the tank flange, the two small sealing rings onto their respective ports, and the stirring-shaft sealing ring onto the shaft before inserting it into the tank.

How often should the PC tank and stainless-steel body be cleaned?

Rinse the 3 L PC tank and wipe the stainless-steel housing after every use; remove and wash all sealing rings and the drip tray daily to prevent residue build-up.
