The VEVOR weighted vest holds up to 40 pounds of removable plates for progressive strength training. Strong 1000D nylon construction resists abrasion during running, calisthenics and functional workouts. One-size design with adjustable straps fits men and women securely. Package includes the vest shell and manual; weight plates are sold separately.

Suited For And Limitations

This vest suits athletes who want scalable load for bodyweight movements and cardio sessions. Buyers who need included weight plates should look elsewhere, as the package contains only the empty carrier. Users requiring a wider shoulder cut or integrated plate pockets beyond the standard layout may prefer a different design.

Questions about this item

What weight plates do I need to buy separately to reach the 40 lb capacity?

The vest ships without plates; you supply standard 10 lb plates up to four pieces for the full 40 lb load.

Will the 11.61 in wide vest fit over my existing lifting belt?

At 11.61 in wide the vest sits on the torso; most belts worn at the waist clear it without interference.
