Efficient Woodworking Planer

The VEVOR 4823E electric hand planer is a corded tool built for woodworkers who need fast material removal on site or in the workshop. Its 7-amp motor spins the cutter head at 14500 RPM to produce a smooth finish on timber, doors and panels.

82 mm Width and 3 mm Depth

The planer cuts a maximum width of 82 mm and a maximum depth of 3 mm per pass, giving ample headroom for levelling wide boards or trimming door edges. Deeper stock removal requires multiple passes because the depth adjustment knob tops out at the stated limit.

Dual-Switch Safety and Chamfer Grooves

Weighing 3.46 kg, the unit measures 295 x 165 x 195 mm and features a dual-switch lock-off to prevent accidental starts during handling. Built-in chamfering grooves on the base plate let you bevel board edges without a separate setup step.

Questions about this item

Will the 82 mm cutting width of the 4823E match the capacity of my older 3-1/4 inch planer blades?

Yes, the 4823E has a cutting width of 82 mm, which is equivalent to 3-1/4 inches, so it matches the capacity of standard blades that size.

How can I verify the 4823E is running at the correct 14500 RPM after setup?

Listen for a smooth, high-pitched motor whine without vibration; the dual-switch safety must engage cleanly and the cutter block should spin freely when unplugged.

Does the 4823E package include the two blades and a dust bag, or must I buy them separately?

The box contains the 4823E planer, a complete accessories kit and a user manual; the kit supplies the two blades and dust bag so no separate purchase is needed.
