The VEVOR 4SSM5/18 is a 3 HP, 230 V deep-well submersible pump built for industrial, irrigation and residential water supply. Its 18-stage thermoplastic impellers deliver up to 37 GPM flow and 640 ft head, while the full stainless-steel frame resists corrosion during long-term submersion. An IP68 rating and ETL certification support an expected 8-10 year service life. An external control box and 33 ft power cord are included for straightforward installation.

37 GPM flow and 640 ft head capacity

The pump moves up to 37 GPM (140 L/min) at a maximum head of 640 ft (195 m), driven by a 3450 r/min motor rated at 2200 W. It operates within a 32-104 °F (0-40 °C) water temperature range and handles sandy conditions thanks to the 18-stage design. Performance tapers off beyond the stated max head, so very deep or high-lift applications may exceed its comfortable range. The 1-1/4" NPT discharge and 4-inch diameter require a well casing at least 10 mm larger than the pump body.

External control box and 33 ft cord integration

The supplied external control box with US plug manages motor start-up and protection, while the 33 ft cord connects the pump to the box without additional wiring. Insulation class F windings withstand continuous duty in the specified temperature window. The stainless-steel outlet and fittings simplify plumbing to standard 1-1/4" NPT pipework. Installers must provide a 230 V, 60 Hz supply and ensure the well casing meets the 10 mm clearance requirement.
