A 5-gallon stainless steel brewing kettle with a tri-ply bottom, built-in thermometer, ball valve and filter accessories for home beer making
The VEVOR 5-gallon brewing pot is built from 201 stainless steel and includes a lid, dual-scale thermometer, ball-valve spigot, filter tray, filter, mini wrench, waterproof tape and four red silicone rings. Its 18.92 L capacity suits home brewers who want a single vessel for mashing, boiling and chilling. The exposed thermometer reads 0-120 °C and 0-250 °F without lifting the lid.
Moving up from a standard 3- or 4-gallon kettle removes the need to split batches or top up with water after the boil. The tri-ply bottom spreads heat evenly across the 280 x 290 mm footprint, reducing scorching during long boils. The jump is worth it when you brew full-volume 5-gallon recipes and want integrated temperature control and a drain valve.
At 5 gallons the pot handles typical all-grain batches with room for a vigorous rolling boil and foam rise. The 4.33 kg weight and 11.02 x 11.42 in diameter give stable footing on most burners. It runs out of headroom for double batches or high-gravity worts that exceed the 18.92 L mark, and the fixed thermometer range tops out at 120 °C or 250 °F.

The kettle measures 280 mm by 290 mm, which is 11.02 inches by 11.42 inches, so check your burner grate spacing against those figures.
Slide a red silicone ring onto the valve thread inside the pot, add the waterproof tape on the outer thread, then tighten with the supplied mini wrench until snug — over-tightening crushes the ring and causes drips.
Swap the dual-scale thermometer if the needle sticks or reads past 120 °C or 250 °F inaccurately, and renew the four red silicone rings whenever they harden, crack or leak during a boil.
