Weatherproof Hard Case IP67

The VEVOR 564320 is a weatherproof hard case rated IP67 for full dust and water protection. It provides 2.4 cu. ft. of secure storage for cameras, electronics, or tactical gear. The interior measures 560 × 430 × 205 mm and includes pre-cut foam lining for custom organisation. A single retractable pull handle allows for mobile transport.

Upgrade from Soft Bags

This rigid case replaces soft bags or unsealed containers that cannot withstand immersion or heavy impact. Four heavy-duty clips and two lock holes secure the lid against vibration and unauthorised access. The jump is worth it when equipment must survive rain, mud, or rough handling during travel, hunting, or field deployment.

Sustained Environmental Exposure

Under sustained load, the IP67 seal maintains integrity during prolonged submersion or constant dust exposure. The 5.3 kg shell resists crushing forces that would collapse flexible alternatives. Foam lining absorbs continuous vibration without bottoming out, preserving delicate instruments over long journeys.

Questions about this item

What interior clearance does the 560×430×205 mm cavity give for gear?

The case offers 2.4 cu. ft. of space with a 560 mm length, 430 mm width and 205 mm depth inside the pre-cut foam lining.

How do the four clips and two lock holes secure the lid, and what step is often missed?

Press the lid down evenly, snap all four clips shut, then insert padlocks through both lock holes; skipping the padlocks leaves the seal uncompressed.

When should the pre-cut foam inserts be replaced to keep the IP67 rating?

Replace foam pieces once they no longer spring back or show tears, because gaps in the lining break the waterproof seal.
