Questions about this item

How do I attach the anti-tip device to the 54 in tall dresser?

Secure the supplied anti-tip strap to the top rear of the dresser and anchor it into a wall stud; the step most people skip is confirming the anchor bites into a stud rather than drywall alone.

Will the metal drawer rails on the 6 drawers need lubrication or replacement over time?

The rails are designed for the 40 lb per drawer rating and typically run dry; if sliding becomes stiff, a light PTFE spray on the ball bearings restores smooth travel without disassembly.

At what load does the 15.7 in deep top panel start to sag under sustained weight?

The top is rated for 150 lb total; sustained loads approaching that limit on the particle-board surface will show the first visible deflection.
