Bypass Sliding Door Hardware Kit

The VEVOR 6 ft bypass sliding door hardware kit supports two door panels up to 150 lbs total. It fits panels 36.5 in wide and 1 3/8 in to 1 3/4 in thick. The aluminum alloy track provides corrosion-resistant operation for closets, laundry rooms, and offices.

Check Door Dimensions and Weight

Verify each panel measures 36.5 in wide and falls within the 35 mm to 45 mm thickness range. Confirm the combined door weight does not exceed 68 kg. Ensure the rough opening can accommodate the 1828 mm track length and that the header can carry the load.

Aluminum Track and Three-Wheel Hangers

The 1829 mm aluminum alloy track resists rust and breakage. Four three-wheel hangers with ball bearings distribute weight evenly for quiet, stable travel. Included floor guide, stopper, wrench, and screw kit allow direct mounting without extra hardware.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what do I need to buy separately?

The kit includes the 72.01 in aluminum track, four three-wheel hanger assemblies, a floor guide, a stopper, a wrench, an installation screw kit and a user manual. Door panels are not included and must be purchased separately.

Which door width and thickness does the 6 ft kit support?

It fits two panels each 36.5 in wide and 1 3/8 in to 1 3/4 in thick (35 mm to 45 mm). The combined panel width matches the 1828 mm track length for a two-door bypass system.

What does the 150 lbs rating mean for daily operation?

The 150 lbs (68 kg) maximum capacity is the total weight the four three-wheel hangers and ball bearings can carry while keeping the doors stable and derailment-free during repeated sliding.
