VEVOR 6-Piece Aluminum Silk Screen Printing Kit 10x14in 110 Mesh

6-Piece 110 Mesh Screen Printing Kit

This kit supplies six aluminum alloy frames with 110-count polyester mesh for textile and flat-stock printing. Each frame measures 10 by 14 inches with a 0.8 inch profile and uses bi-component glue to lock the mesh at 15±0.5 N tension. The set includes sealing tape and weighs 3.7 lbs total.

Capacity and headroom for multi-colour runs

Six frames give enough screens for a small multi-colour job or repeated single-colour batches without reclaiming between prints. The 110 mesh count handles standard plastisol and water-based inks on T-shirts, tote bags and poster board. Very fine halftones or high-detail line work will exceed the mesh resolution and require a higher count not included here.

Upgrades from single-frame starter sets

Makers moving up from one or two wooden frames gain registration consistency across all six aluminum units and the sealed edges that prevent ink creep. The jump is worth it when you run repeat orders or need to keep several designs ready at once. Hobbyists who only print occasional one-off shirts will not use the extra frames.
