  • Airflow reaches 2285-2515 CFM at 10-11 m/s for full doorway coverage

  • Dual limit switches automate operation with door movement, extending motor life to 7000 hours

Commercial Door Air Curtain 60 Inch

This 60-inch commercial air curtain creates an invisible barrier across doorways to keep conditioned air inside while blocking 90% of outside heat, cold, dust and flying insects. It is built for retail, restaurant and warehouse entrances that need climate separation without a physical door.

Galvanised or Aluminium Housing with Limit Switches

The unit uses a galvanised or aluminium alloy body with powder coating for durability in busy commercial settings. Two limit switches are included so the curtain starts automatically when the door opens and stops when it closes, extending the 7000-hour operating life. A mounting plate with pre-drilled holes simplifies wall or ceiling installation.

2285 to 2515 CFM Airflow at 110 Volts

The motor delivers 2285 to 2515 CFM at wind speeds of 10 to 11 metres per second while drawing 508 to 666 watts on a standard 110 V 60 Hz supply. Noise stays below 60 dB, and the two-speed low/off/high switch lets staff match airflow to the doorway conditions.

Questions about this item

How much airflow does the 110 V unit move on its two speed settings?

The unit delivers between 2285 and 2515 CFM depending on whether the low or high speed is selected.

What clearance is required above the air curtain for the top air inlet?

At least two inches of space must be left between the top of the unit and the ceiling.

How are the two limit switches wired so the curtain starts when the door opens?

Mount the switches on the door frame; they close the circuit when the door opens and open it when the door closes, triggering automatic on and off.
