Automotive Butyl Sound Deadening Mat

This 36 sq ft butyl rubber mat reduces interior noise and vibration in cars, trucks and vans. The 80 mil thickness and aluminium-faced composite construction add thermal insulation and fire resistance for year-round use.

Peel-and-stick installation on clean metal panels

Each of the 34 pieces measures 9.8 by 15.7 in for easy handling in tight cavities. A roller ensures full adhesion; skipping surface prep or leaving air pockets are the common causes of edge lift.

Verify total coverage area

The kit covers 36 sq ft, so measure doors, floor, roof and trunk to confirm it matches your project. Extremely compound curves may need extra cutting and smaller patches for full contact.
