A 25 ft PTFE fuel line with 15 swivel fittings handles -76°F to 446°F and 3000 psi for E85, gasoline, diesel and oil
This 25-foot braided hose kit uses a PTFE inner tube wrapped in stainless steel and nylon for compatibility with gasoline, diesel, E85 and oil. It targets automotive builders and service technicians who need a complete fuel-system assembly.
The line withstands continuous temperatures from -76°F to 446°F and a maximum working pressure of 3000 psi with a 7000 psi burst rating. The triple-layer construction resists permeation and vibration without adding stiffness.
The hose bore measures 5/16 in, so the kit only suits systems requiring that exact flow path. Builders needing a larger or smaller internal diameter must choose a different size.

Cut the 25 ft hose cleanly with the included two-way reaming tool, slide on the nylon-stainless braid collar, then thread each swivel end until the PTFE inner tube seats fully; the step often missed is reaming the cut end so the inner diameter stays at 5/16 in and the 8 sealing rings can seal at 3000 psi working pressure.
Inspect the nylon outer braid and stainless steel wire layer for abrasion or kinks every oil-change interval; replace any hose section that shows cover wear, fitting corrosion on the aluminum alloy ends, or hardened PTFE that no longer flexes between -76°F and 446°F.
The 3000 psi maximum working pressure is the first limit; continuous operation above it risks burst failure at 7000 psi, while prolonged exposure near the 446°F upper temperature can degrade the PTFE inner layer and reduce the 5/16 in flow area.
