A 22-gauge pneumatic stapler firing 71-series fine-wire staples from 5/32 to 5/8 inch at 70-110 PSI with a 180-staple magazine
The VEVOR 7116A drives 71 series fine wire staples with a 3/8-inch crown and lengths from 5/32 to 5/8 inch. It is built for upholstery, woodworking and general DIY tasks where a lightweight air tool is preferred.
The tool runs on standard shop air within the stated pressure range and connects via a 1/4-inch NPT fitting. Sequential firing mode prevents accidental discharge, contributing to controlled operation and reduced air consumption during normal use.
The aluminium alloy construction keeps the net weight at 2.2 lbs while the magazine holds up to 180 pieces of 71 series staples, minimising reload interruptions. A 1/4-inch NPT air inlet and included M4 and M5 wrenches simplify hose connection and routine maintenance.

Attach a 1/4" NPT quick-connect fitting to the gun's air inlet, then connect your air hose. The step many miss is setting the regulator to 70-110 PSI before pulling the trigger; running outside that range causes misfires or seal damage.
The driver blade, bumper, and O-ring seals are the typical wear items. With clean, lubricated air at 70-110 PSI they last thousands of cycles; inspect the bumper for cracking and the driver tip for deformation every few months of daily use.
The 180-staple magazine capacity is the first hard stop — you must pause to reload. Heat buildup in the aluminum alloy body is minimal at 70-110 PSI, so magazine refills, not thermal limits, dictate the work rhythm.
