12-Pack 48-Inch Aluminum Corner Guards

This 12-piece set supplies 48-inch aluminum alloy corner protectors for homes, offices and commercial spaces. Each piece uses grade 6063 alloy with a silver baked-paint finish and 1 mm panel thickness. The 90-degree L-shape profile covers both wall faces at standard right-angle corners. Pre-applied 3M adhesive tape eliminates drilling and tools during installation.

Upgrade from plastic or tape-only guards

Plastic strips dent easily and thin tape peels under repeated impact. The 1 mm aluminum panel absorbs knocks from carts, furniture and foot traffic without permanent deformation. The 30 mm wide adhesive bond distributes shear force across a larger area than narrow tape, so corners stay protected in high-traffic hallways and loading zones where lighter products fail.

Adhesive limits on rough or damp surfaces

The 3M tape requires clean, dry, non-porous substrates for full 1.18-inch width contact. Dusty drywall, unfinished plaster or surfaces exposed to moisture reduce bond strength and may cause edges to lift over time. The 90-degree profile cannot compensate for out-of-square corners beyond a few degrees; severe misalignment leaves gaps the adhesive cannot bridge.
