Aluminum Dunnage Rack 36 x 20 x 8

This new aluminum dunnage rack measures 36 x 20 x 8 inches and supports up to 1000 lbs. The all-welded construction uses thickened pipes with a 1.5 mm wall thickness for rigidity. It keeps stored items 8 inches off the floor for ventilation and easy cleaning.

Suited for commercial kitchens, garages and vehicles

The rack serves restaurants, warehouses, supermarkets and home garages that need elevated, corrosion-resistant storage for heavy loads. Buyers who require adjustable shelf heights or enclosed cabinet storage should consider a different style of unit.

1000 lb capacity with 8 inch clearance

The platform handles bulky equipment, bulk food containers, aquariums or potted plants up to the rated 1000 lb limit. The fixed 8 inch height provides consistent airflow underneath but cannot be raised higher for larger items.

Questions about this item

What floor space must I clear for the 36 x 20 inch footprint of this rack?

You need a clear area at least 36 inches long by 20 inches wide; the rack stands 8 inches tall and weighs 7.94 lbs when assembled.

Will the 1.5 mm wall-thickness aluminium tubes corrode if I keep the rack in a damp garage?

The aluminium alloy is corrosion-resistant and the polished finish helps it withstand moisture in garages, kitchens or vehicles.

How do I confirm the rack is safely assembled and ready for a 1000 lb load?

Tighten all supplied screws and nuts with the two included wrenches until every T-connector joint is rigid; the all-welded frame should then show no flex.
