Heavy-Duty Aluminum Dunnage Rack

This new aluminum dunnage rack measures 48 x 20 x 8 inches and supports up to 1000 lbs. It is built for commercial kitchens, warehouses, garages and vehicles needing elevated storage. Buyers who require a higher load rating or larger footprint cannot use this model.

All-Welded Construction With T-Connectors

Thickened pipes with 1.5 mm wall thickness form an all-welded frame that resists bending. Included T-connectors and screws join the sections, while the polished aluminum finish resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning. The 8 inch clearance keeps contents off the floor for ventilation. Units needing casters or a different height are not compatible with this fixed design.

Hardware Kit And Manual Included

The package supplies one rack, a set of screws and nuts, two wrenches and a user manual. Net weight is 9.92 lbs including all accessories. No additional tools are required for assembly. Buyers expecting shelves, dividers or a lockable frame will not find those items in the box.

Questions about this item

How much weight can the 48 x 20 inch aluminum rack actually hold?

The all-welded frame is rated for 1000 lbs or 454 kg, so it will support heavy equipment, bulk food containers or an aquarium without bending.

What clearance does the 8 inch height give me off the floor?

The rack sits 8 inches or 203.2 mm above the ground, keeping stored items clear of water, dirt and improving air circulation underneath.

Do I need any tools to assemble the T-connectors and screws?

Two wrenches are included in the box; use them to tighten every screw and nut fully or the joints can loosen under a 1000 lb load.
