VEVOR Boat Trailer Guide-on 60" 2PCS

This specialty appliance is a pair of steel guide-on posts designed to help boat owners align their vessel onto a trailer. The white PVC tube covers protect the hull from scratches during loading and unloading. Complete mounting accessories are included for straightforward installation. It suits ski boats, fishing boats and sailboats needing reliable guidance.

60" Length with Adjustable Width

Each post provides a 60-inch PVC cover length, equal to 152 centimetres, giving ample vertical guidance for various hull shapes. The steel tube measures 18 by 1.5 by 40 inches with a 3-millimetre wall thickness. Width between the posts is adjustable to match the specific beam of the boat. This flexibility decides whether the kit fits the trailer.

White PVC Covers and Powder-coated Steel

The 5-millimetre thick PVC tube covers shield the boat finish from direct metal contact while the powder-coated steel resists corrosion in marine environments. Mounting hardware supplied in the box eliminates the need to source bolts or brackets separately. The combined weight of the set is 26.46 pounds, or 12 kilograms, so two people can handle installation without special equipment.

Questions about this item

How does the 60-inch length work once the guide-ons are mounted on a trailer?

Each guide-on extends 60 inches from the trailer frame, giving a long visual reference so you can centre the hull while backing down the ramp.

What does the adjustable-width design cap in practice?

The steel posts slide on their mounting brackets, letting you set the gap anywhere from narrow ski-boat hulls up to wider fishing or sailboat hulls.

What hardware and space are needed to bolt the 18-by-1.5-by-40-inch posts onto the trailer?

Complete mounting accessories are included; you only need standard hand tools and a flat section of trailer frame wide enough for the 18-inch base plates.
