A CNC 4th-axis indexing head with a 100 mm 3-jaw chuck, 65 mm centre height and 6:1 gear ratio for precise rotational machining
The VEVOR BS4-KP100-57 dividing head adds a 4th axis to CNC routers and milling machines, allowing multi-angle machining of curved or angular parts. It suits workshops and makers who need precise rotational indexing for engraving or complex component fabrication.
A 6:1 reduction ratio lowers motor rotation speed, expanding the range of indexing angles and improving positioning accuracy. The integrated Nema23 2-phase stepper motor runs at DC 3.75V, 2.5A, and its reduced speed cuts vibration and noise for smoother operation.
The package includes an MT2 tailstock with rotating thimble, K11 100 mm 3-jaw chuck, three card plate anti-claw pieces, a T-wrench, numerical control cable and user manual. These items enable immediate workholding, alignment and connection to the CNC controller.

Bolt the base using the 10.63 in width footprint, then seat the MT2 tailstock and lock the thimble — skipping the tailstock alignment causes run-out.
The 3-jaw chuck jaws, MT2 thimble, and 6:1 gear set wear with use; the three card-plate anti-claw pieces are sacrificial and should be kept as spares.
The DC 3.75 V, 2.5 A supply caps continuous torque, so extended heavy cuts will stall the motor before thermal limits appear.
