Extra-Large Hexagon Salon Mat

The VEVOR BS4050H12 is a 48.2 x 59.3 x .5 inch hexagon floor mat designed for hair stylists and barbers. Its 25.8 x 29.9 inch round cut-out accommodates most salon chairs with a round base, keeping the mat securely in place during use. The matte black PVC surface provides a professional appearance in salon environments.

Professionals Needing Anti-Fatigue Support

This mat suits stylists and barbers who stand for extended periods and want to reduce strain on feet, legs, knees and back. The 13 mm high-density NBR foam core delivers cushioning and shock absorption for all-day comfort. Buyers needing a rectangular shape, a smaller footprint or a different cut-out configuration should consider other options.

Sustained Daily Use in Salon Settings

The low-profile beveled edges and slip-resistant bottom maintain grip and minimise tripping hazards during continuous daily traffic. The PVC surface resists punctures, curling, peeling and cracking while the low-static finish reduces hair and dust adhesion. Waterproof construction allows simple cleaning between clients without degrading the foam core.

Questions about this item

What size chair base fits the 25.8 x 29.9 in cut-out of this mat?

The hexagon mat has a 25.8 x 29.9 in cut-out designed for most round-based salon chairs. Measure your chair base diameter; it should sit fully inside those dimensions without overhang.

Will the .5 in thick NBR foam compress too much if I keep a rolling stool on it?

The 13 mm high-density NBR foam provides firm cushioning that resists permanent indentation. A rolling stool distributes weight over its casters, so the mat maintains support and anti-fatigue performance.

How can I confirm the beveled edges are lying flat after I unroll the 48.2 x 59.3 in mat?

Walk the perimeter; the low-profile beveled edges should sit flush with the floor with no lifted corners. The slip-resistant bottom grips the subfloor, preventing curling or shifting during use.
