Product identity

The VEVOR BW-90S is an insulated food pan carrier with an 82 qt capacity. It is built for catering teams and food-service operations that need to move hot or cold dishes without relying on electricity.

Upgrade context

It replaces single-layer insulated boxes or basic coolers that cannot hold full-size pans in multiple layers. The jump is worth it when you need to transport six 2.5 inch deep pans or three 6.5 inch deep pans in one load while keeping food hot for 4-6 hours or cold for 3-5 hours.

Fit and alternatives

This unit suits caterers, canteens and restaurants that front-load stackable pans and want a non-electric hot box. Buyers who need powered heating, a top-loading design, or a smaller footprint for tight vehicle space should look at something else.

Questions about this item

What are the exact outer dimensions of the BW-90S carrier so I can check it fits my vehicle?

The carrier measures 645 x 445 x 610 mm, which is 25.4 x 17.52 x 24 inches overall.

How do I load pans correctly using the 11-layer rail system?

Slide each pan into the moulded rails spaced 1.4 inches apart; the step people miss is leaving the 36 mm gap between layers for air circulation.

When should I replace the embedded sealing ring to maintain the 4-6 hour heat retention?

Inspect the ring before every catering job; swap it out once it shows cracks, permanent compression or no longer springs back when pressed.
