Carbon Fiber Welding Blanket Set

This four-pack supplies 37 by 36 inch carbon fiber blankets rated to 1800°F for shielding work areas from sparks and intense heat. Each 3 mm thick sheet weighs 3.31 lbs and can be trimmed to fit irregular surfaces. The foldable design makes transport and storage simple for mobile welding jobs.

Suited For Mobile Fabrication

Welders who move between sites will appreciate the lightweight, foldable sheets that fit in a tool bag. The carbon fiber material resists tearing and handles repeated high-heat exposure. Buyers needing continuous roll stock or an integrated grommet mounting system should look at other configurations.

Sustained Heat Behaviour

At 1800°F the carbon fiber remains stable without melting or deforming during extended arcs. The 3 mm thickness maintains insulation performance across long welding passes rather than only brief flare-ups. Heat dissipates evenly across the 950 by 910 mm surface, keeping the underlying workpiece protected throughout the shift.
