Cordless Grease Gun 8000 PSI

This cordless grease gun delivers up to 8000 PSI maximum working pressure and a 14 oz cartridge capacity for heavy-duty lubrication tasks. It is built for mechanics and maintenance crews who need fast, battery-powered greasing without manual pumping.

High Pressure Output and Stable Operation

The die-cast aluminum pump head produces up to 140 g per minute at 55 MPa while the carbon steel tube and PA body handle the load. Support feet keep the tool steady for hands-free use and the variable-speed trigger controls flow without waste.

Flexible Hose LED Light and Carrying Case

A 35.4-inch flexible hose plus a rigid pipe and two nozzles reach tight fittings on vehicles or machines. The integrated LED light illuminates dark work areas and the included carrying case stores the gun, hose, nozzles, seal tape and manual together.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 35.4-inch flexible hose onto the die-cast aluminium pump head without cross-threading?

Wrap the supplied thread seal tape clockwise on the pump-head threads, then hand-tighten the hose coupling until the steel-reinforced fitting seats firmly; finish with a spanner no more than a quarter turn further to avoid stripping the aluminium threads.

Which parts will need replacement after extended use and how often?

The 14 oz grease cartridge is consumed during operation and must be refilled or swapped when empty; the 35.4-inch flexible hose and both nozzles should be inspected every few months and replaced if the steel reinforcement shows wear or the threads no longer seal.

At what point does the 8000 PSI output drop during continuous greasing?

The variable-speed trigger maintains up to 50 oz per minute at full pressure until the 18 V Makita battery voltage sags under load; once the pack can no longer supply peak current, flow and pressure decline together.
