16" Wide Under-Desk Drawer

This black steel drawer mounts beneath a desk to add concealed storage for pens, office supplies and small accessories. The interior measures 14.3 inches long, 8.4 inches deep and 1.9 inches high, and the unit is rated to hold up to 11 lbs of contents.

Ball-Bearing Slide Constraints

Two stainless steel ball-bearing tracks provide a smooth, quiet glide when the hidden handle is pulled. The drawer requires a desk that can support more than 16.5 lbs and the six-point mounting system needs a solid surface for the supplied screws.

Upgrade From Loose Desktop Organisers

Replaces scattered trays, cups or loose items that clutter the work surface. The jump is worthwhile when you want a permanent, slide-out compartment that keeps essentials out of sight yet within easy reach without sacrificing leg room.

Questions about this item

Which drawer size should I choose for a desk that is 16 inches wide?

This model is the single size offered — 15.7 in overall width and 14.3 in interior length — so it fits a 16 in desk opening.

Will the 1.9 in interior height hold standard A4 folders?

The interior height is 1.9 in (48 mm), which is too shallow for upright A4 folders; it suits pens, notepads and slim accessories.

How much weight can the steel slides actually carry?

The drawer is rated for 11 lbs of contents; the desk itself must support at least 16.5 lbs including the 5.4 lb unit.
