Electric Hoist 440 lbs 110V

The VEVOR DDG440LBS52FTRRNJV1 is a 480W electric wire winch rated for 440 lbs single-line lifting. It runs on standard 110V household power and includes a wireless remote for operator distance. The unit suits garages, workshops, warehouses and light factory tasks where a compact overhead lift is needed.

Pure Copper Motor Thermal Performance

A pure copper motor drives the hoist at 33 ft/min under load. The 480W rating keeps current draw modest on a 110V circuit during typical cycles. No thermal protection rating or duty-cycle figure is provided, so continuous operation should be monitored for heat buildup.

Upgrades Manual Chain Hoists

This model replaces hand-operated chain blocks or rope pulls where a 40 ft lift height and 440 lbs capacity cover the job. The jump is worth it when wireless control and faster single-cable speed reduce cycle time. It does not serve applications needing heavier loads, three-phase power or longer cable runs.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the hoist and what is the step people often miss?

Secure the unit to a beam or trolley rated for at least 440 lbs using the alloy steel hook; the step often missed is verifying the support structure can handle the full 440 lb load before the first lift.

What maintenance will the 19 strand braided steel cable need later?

Inspect the 19 strand braided steel cable for broken wires, kinks or corrosion before each use and replace it if any strand damage is visible.

What limit appears first during continuous lifting?

The 480 W pure copper motor will reach its thermal limit first during sustained operation, pausing the hoist until it cools.
