Eight-Panel Configuration

This foldable metal playpen forms an octagonal enclosure 63.0 inches across and 24.0 inches high using eight hinged panels each measuring 24 by 24 inches. It suits owners of small to medium dogs who need a portable containment area for indoor rooms, gardens or campsites.

Durable Q235 Frame

The Q235 steel panels resist bending when pets lean against the sides during extended use. Sixteen tension straps and eight ground stakes anchor the structure on grass or patio surfaces while the 600D Oxford fabric cover and mat withstand claw contact and weather exposure over repeated outings.

Tool-Free Assembly

Panels unfold and lock with two slide-bolt latches so one person can erect the pen in minutes without tools. The package includes a carabiner clip and instruction manual; the only common issue is ensuring every stake is driven fully into firm ground so the pen does not shift when a dog pushes the mesh walls.

Questions about this item

Does the 19.6 lb steel frame heat up or make noise when left set up all day?

The Q235 steel panels and 600D Oxford fabric cover produce no heat or mechanical noise; the playpen is a passive enclosure with no powered parts.

What floor space must I already have clear for the 63.0" octagon to sit flat?

You need a level area at least 63.0 inches wide by 63.0 inches deep, indoors or outdoors, to accommodate the full footprint.

Can I attach the 3.9" ground stakes to a wooden deck I already own?

The stakes are designed for soil; they will not anchor securely into solid decking without additional hardware.
