Product Purpose and Audience
This folding pet ramp measures 63 inches long by 17 inches wide and supports animals up to 250 lbs. It is built with an aluminum alloy frame and iron tube supports covered in a felt fabric surface. The design helps medium and large dogs enter SUVs, trucks or other high vehicles without jumping.
Suitability and Limitations
Owners of medium or large breeds who need a portable, non-slip ramp for vehicle access will find the 16.1 lb folded unit easy to store at 17.5 x 5.5 x 17.3 inches. Buyers who need a ramp for very small toy breeds may find the width excessive. Those requiring a fixed installation or a higher weight rating should look at other options.
Capacity and Practical Limits
The 250 lb load capacity handles most large dogs comfortably on the 1600 mm by 432 mm felt surface. The four-fold mechanism reduces the ramp to a compact 445 x 140 x 440 mm package for transport. The 2 inch profile when deployed keeps the incline manageable for standard bumper heights, though very tall truck beds may exceed a comfortable angle.

Questions about this item
What vehicle opening height does the 63.0 in ramp length suit?
The 63.0 in length works with SUV and truck openings that need a gentle incline for a 250 lbs dog.
Will the 17.0 in width fit beside a narrower crate I already use?
At 17.0 in wide the ramp sits flush next to most standard crates without overhang.
How do I confirm the felt surface is gripping properly after unfolding?
Press the ramp down; the felt fabric should stay flat and the 4-fold joints lock without wobble.
