Five-step aluminium dog stair

This folding aluminium stair has five steps and supports dogs up to 150 lbs. It extends to 37.4 by 31.9 inches with a step height of 6.1 inches. A low-angle setting stretches to 46.1 by 30.3 inches for gentler climbs. When folded it measures 16.9 by 13 by 7.5 inches for easy storage.

150 lb capacity and compact fold

The 150 lb limit accommodates large breeds while the 11.29 lb frame stays manageable for one person. Extended dimensions give ample tread depth at 31.9 inches wide. The low-angle mode adds length for stiff joints but needs 46.1 inches of clear space. Folded size fits most boots or back seats without tools.

Replaces fixed ramps and heavy stairs

Owners swapping from bulky permanent ramps gain portability and adjustable pitch. The five-step design suits SUVs and high boots where three-step units fall short. Buyers needing more than 150 lb capacity or a wider tread than 7.24 inches should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 150 lbs capacity and 6.1 in step height let my older dog reach the SUV without strain?

Each step rises 6.1 in and the stairs support up to 150 lbs, so a senior dog within that weight can climb the 5-step aluminium frame comfortably.

How can I confirm the stairs are locked open at the correct 37.4 x 31.9 in footprint?

When fully extended the frame measures 37.4 x 31.9 in; verify the side locks click into place and the steps sit level at that size.

Does the package include any mounting hardware or a carry bag, or is it just the 11.29 lb stair unit?

The box contains only the dog stair itself; no brackets, straps or storage bag are supplied.
