Commercial Kitchen Tool

The VEVOR Donut Depositor is a manual batter dispenser built from 304 food-grade stainless steel for commercial kitchens, bakeries and cafes. Its detachable construction allows quick disassembly for cleaning between batches. The unit includes a stand and offers a width of 8.66 inches for countertop stability.

Replaces Spoon Or Ladle Work

This depositor replaces hand-portioning methods that produce inconsistent sizing and slow output. The jump is worth it when a kitchen needs repeatable donut dimensions across high-volume service without investing in automated equipment. Six adjustable thickness settings cover a range from 20 mm to 30 mm.

Fits Existing Prep Stations

The 2.4 L hopper reduces refill frequency during peak periods while the manual trigger gives the operator direct control over each drop. Outer diameters from 55 mm to 90 mm suit standard ring sizes. At 0.95 kg the unit moves easily between stations and stores without dedicated mounting hardware.

Questions about this item

What is the width of the 8.66-inch donut depositor so I can check counter space?

The unit measures 8.66 inches wide, so allow at least that much clear counter space plus room for the stand and handle movement.

How do I set the batter thickness on the 6-position dial before the first drop?

Turn the adjustment knob to one of the six detents; each click changes the donut thickness between 0.8 and 1.2 inches, then make a test drop to confirm.

Which parts of the 304 stainless steel hopper need regular cleaning after daily use?

Disassemble the hopper, nozzle, and stand completely; wash every piece in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry before reassembling for the next shift.
