Drop-In Ice Chest for Commercial Bars

This stainless steel drop-in ice chest fits into outdoor kitchen counters or bar tops. It targets hospitality operators who need a permanent, non-electric chilling station for high-volume service. The 46 qt capacity supports busy shifts without frequent refills.

46 QT Capacity and 24-Hour Insulation

The bin holds 43.5 L of ice, yielding roughly 184 cups of 16 oz drinks when full. A 0.79 in PU foam layer and tight-fitting lid keep ice viable for over 24 hours without power. It cannot produce ice; it only stores what you supply.

SUS304 Interior with Filter Drain Assembly

The welded SUS304 liner resists corrosion and leaks, while the SUS201 shell handles outdoor exposure. An included filter-style drain pipe removes meltwater quickly and stops cubes from escaping. No electrical hookup or refrigeration circuit is required.

Questions about this item

Will the 22"L × 17"W footprint fit the same cut-out as my old 20" wide drop-in cooler?

The unit measures 22"L × 17"W overall with a 20.39" width spec, so verify your countertop opening matches these dimensions before installation.

How can I confirm the 24-hour insulation is performing correctly after I install it?

Fill the 46 qt bin with ice, close the SUS304 lid, and check that ice remains solid and meltwater drains through the filter assembly after a full day without power.

Does the package include the drain hose and fittings, or must I buy them separately?

The box contains the ice bin and a filter assembly kit with drain-pipe and drain plug; no additional plumbing parts are required for basic setup.
