Drop-In Ice Chest for Outdoor Bars

This stainless-steel drop-in ice chest fits a standard cut-out in outdoor kitchen islands or bar tops. The 57.8-quart insulated bin holds enough ice for roughly 230 sixteen-ounce servings, making it suitable for backyard entertaining or light commercial use. No electrical connection is required, so placement is flexible wherever a drain line can reach.

Passive Insulation Limits

A three-layer wall with cotton insulation and a tight sliding lid keeps ice frozen for over 24 hours without power. Performance depends on ambient temperature, lid openings and ice volume; prolonged heat or frequent access will shorten that window. The integrated full-weld interior reduces leaks, but the unit cannot actively cool once the ice melts.

Replaces Portable Coolers and Built-In Trays

Builders replacing loose coolers or shallow built-in trays gain a permanent, drain-equipped station that stays dry between uses. The jump is worth it when a fixed outdoor bar needs high-volume, no-electricity chilling with a clean stainless finish. It does not suit installations that require powered refrigeration or a smaller footprint.

What does the 24-hour insulation claim mean in daily use?

The three-layer structure with insulation cotton and sliding lid keeps ice cold for over 24 hours without electricity, so ice added in the morning lasts through the next day.

How does the SUS201 stainless steel and drain-pipe set handle water removal?

The fully welded SUS201 interior prevents leaks, while the included filter-style drain pipe lets melted water exit quickly to keep the chest dry and hygienic.
