Large-Capacity Drop-In Ice Chest

The VEVOR drop-in ice chest provides 115.7 qt of insulated storage for ice and chilled beverages. It is designed for outdoor kitchens and commercial bars that need high-volume cold holding without an electrical connection. The unit suits venues serving large crowds where frequent refilling would disrupt service.

Installation and Drainage Considerations

The chest fits a cutout matching its 27 in length, 18 in width and 21 in height profile. A filter-style drain assembly is supplied for plumbing the 0.79 in outlet, though installers must verify the pipe gradient to avoid standing water. The integrated full-weld interior reduces leak paths, but the heavy 54.23 lb weight requires a structurally sound countertop frame.

Sustained Thermal Performance

A 20 mm PU foam layer and sliding SUS304 cover deliver over 24 hours of insulation without power. During continuous service the bin holds enough ice for roughly 463 sixteen-ounce drinks, and the SUS201 exterior resists corrosion from prolonged moisture exposure. The aluminum alloy handle stays cool enough for repeated access throughout an event.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the ice chest keeps ice solid for the claimed period after installation?

What components arrive in the package and what must I supply for drainage?

The box contains the ice bin and a filter assembly kit with drain pipe and plug; you only need to connect the drain to your plumbing or a suitable outlet.

Which capacity version matches the 115.7 qt model and what are its outer dimensions?

The 115.7 qt (109.48 L) version measures 27 in long, 18 in wide, and 21 in high, with a 21.06 in width specification for the cut-out.
