6 x 14 ft PVC-coated mesh tarp for dump trucks

This heavy-duty cover uses 1000D polyester yarn with PVC-coated pockets to secure loads on manual or electric dump-truck systems. The 6 x 14 ft dimensions suit standard truck beds while the breathable mesh reduces wind drag during transit. It is built for contractors and fleet operators who need reliable containment for aggregate, debris or bulk materials.

Brass grommets and double-pocket design simplify

Eighteen-ounce vinyl-reinforced pockets measure 5.5 inches at the front and 3.5 inches at the rear with a tolerance of .4 inches each, accepting roller tubes and anti-sail bows without modification. Double-needle stitching on the hem and webbing resists seam failure under load. Installers should verify pocket alignment before tensioning to avoid uneven stress on the grommets.

7.72 lb tarp handles typical payloads

The 1.8 x 4.3 m surface area covers a full 14 ft bed while the mesh construction sheds water weight during rain. PVC-coated pockets add abrasion resistance where hardware contacts the fabric. Extremely sharp or hot debris can still puncture the polyester yarn, so a liner is advisable for demolition waste.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the tarp is installed correctly on my dump truck system?

Check that the 5.5 inch front pocket fits the roller smoothly and the 3.5 inch rear pocket holds the anti-sail retention bow securely, with all brass grommets aligned along the 14 ft edges.

What comes in the package and what must I supply myself?

The box contains one 6 x 14 ft PVC coated mesh tarp weighing 7.72 lbs and a manual; you must provide the roller, anti-sail retention bow and any mounting hardware for your manual or electric system.

Which size should I choose if my truck bed measures about 1.8 by 4.3 metres?

The 6 x 14 ft (1.8 x 4.3 m) model matches those dimensions exactly and uses 1000D polyester yarn with reinforced double needle stitch webbing for heavy duty coverage.
