Tarp Size and Intended Use

This PVC-coated mesh tarp measures 7 x 22 ft and is built for manual or electric dump truck systems. The 1000D polyester yarn with reinforced double-needle stitching suits heavy-duty hauling where airflow and load security are required. Buyers needing a solid vinyl cover or a custom-cut sheet for stationary applications should look elsewhere.

Pocket Dimensions and Roller Compatibility

The front pocket measures 5.5±.4 in and the rear pocket 3.5±.4 in, designed to accept a roller and an anti-sail retention bow respectively. Verify that your existing hardware matches these pocket widths before ordering. The tarp ships with a manual but no mounting hardware, so confirm your system uses compatible pockets and grommet spacing.

Brass Grommets and Reinforced Webbing

Brass grommets and double-stitched webbing run the perimeter, providing durable tie-down points that resist corrosion during daily use. The three-layer PVC pockets add abrasion resistance where the roller and bow contact the fabric. At 12.13 lbs the tarp is manageable for one person to deploy and remove across seasons.

Questions about this item

Does the 7 x 22 ft tarp ship with everything needed to install it on a manual or electric system?

The box contains the tarp itself and a manual. The front pocket measures 5.5±0.4 in for a roller tube and the rear pocket 3.5±0.4 in for an anti-sail bow, but those hardware pieces are not included.

Should I choose this 7 x 22 ft size or a different dimension for my truck bed?

This model is a single 7 x 22 ft (2.1 x 6.7 m) sheet weighing 12.13 lbs. Select it only if your dump body matches those exact dimensions; no other sizes are offered under this listing.

What does the 1000D fabric rating mean for daily hauling?

The 1000D polyester yarn with PVC-coated pockets and double-needle stitching resists tearing and UV exposure, so the cover holds gravel, sand or debris securely across seasons.
