Vinyl Floor Tiles

VEVOR DW5056 is a box of twenty self-adhesive vinyl floor tiles. Each tile measures 36 inches by 6 inches and is 0.62 mm thick with a 0.15 mm wear layer. The light gray wood grain pattern covers 29 square feet per box. They are designed for quick peel-and-stick installation on prepared subfloors.

DIY Flooring Projects

These tiles suit homeowners and renters refreshing kitchens, dining rooms, bedrooms or bathrooms without professional tools. The thin profile works where floor height is limited. They are not for buyers who need a waterproof click-lock system, a thicker wear layer for heavy commercial traffic, or large-format planks that reduce seam count.

0.62 mm Tile Thickness

The overall tile thickness is 0.62 mm, which determines clearance under doors and appliances and how the floor feels underfoot. This dimension decides whether the product fits the installation height budget. The wear layer is 0.15 mm and the coverage per box is 29 square feet.

Questions about this item

What subfloor condition do the 36×6 in tiles need for the peel-and-stick adhesive to hold?

The self-adhesive backing requires a clean, dry, flat subfloor free of dust, grease or moisture; any uneven spots should be levelled before laying the 0.62 mm vinyl tiles.

Which step do DIYers most often skip when installing the 20-piece DW5056 box?

Many forget to roll each 914 mm × 152 mm tile firmly with a hand roller after placement, which activates the full adhesive bond across the 0.15 mm wear layer.

When will the 6 mil wear layer on these light-gray wood-grain tiles need replacement?

Under normal residential traffic the 0.15 mm wear layer lasts several years; replace individual 36-inch tiles once surface wear exposes the core vinyl.
