30 sq ft floor heating mat

The VEVOR SHHM-12-30 is an electric radiant floor heating system designed for indoor spaces up to 30 square feet. It includes a digital thermostat with floor sensor, an installation monitor alarm and an adhesive-backed heating cable for direct placement under tile or stone. The mat operates on standard 120 V household power.

360 W at 120 V power rating

The heating cable delivers 360 watts at 120 V AC, 60 Hz, which determines the circuit load and the maximum area it can warm. The thermostat accepts a wider 110 V to 240 V supply and handles loads up to 3000 W, but the mat itself is fixed at 360 W. Buyers needing more coverage must use additional mats on separate circuits.

Adhesive-backed cable with alarm monitor

The 1.6 ft by 19.2 ft cable has a self-adhesive backing that sticks to the subfloor before thin-set or mortar is applied. The included installation monitor sounds an alarm if the heating wire is damaged during layout, reducing the risk of embedding a faulty circuit. The floor sensor connects to the thermostat for accurate temperature control between 14 °F and 113 °F.
