Lightweight Aluminum Hand Truck

The VEVOR folding hand truck is a specialty appliance built from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy and plastic. It supports loads up to 309 lbs while weighing only 11.4 lbs itself. A telescoping handle adjusts between 35.4 in and 47 in height, and rubber wheels roll quietly across floors without scratching. A binding rope is included to secure items during transport.

Ideal for Occasional Heavy Lifting

This cart suits shoppers moving boxes, luggage or groceries in homes, offices or warehouses where a compact, portable dolly is needed. The convertible design works as both a hand truck and a flat dolly for versatile hauling. Buyers who need a powered lift, a larger platform or a higher weight rating should look at other equipment categories.

309 lb Load Capacity Decides Fit

The single specification that determines whether this is the right part is the 309 lb load capacity. Every other dimension and feature serves that limit. If the heaviest item you move exceeds 309 lbs, this hand truck cannot do the job safely.

Questions about this item

How do I convert the hand truck from its semi-expanded 35.4" height to the fully-expanded 47" height?

Pull the telescoping handle upward until it locks at the 47 inch fully-expanded setting; the click confirms the lock.

What part will need replacement first if the hand truck is used daily on rough floors?

The PP+TPR wheels wear faster than the aluminum frame and should be inspected regularly for flat spots.

At what load does the aluminum frame begin to flex noticeably during sustained hauling?

The 309 lb rated capacity is the structural limit; loads near that weight will show the first frame deflection.
