Frameless Sliding Bathtub Door 56-60 in W

This frameless sliding bathtub door fits openings from 56 to 60 inches wide and stands 60 inches tall. It suits homeowners upgrading a standard tub enclosure with a modern, hardware-forward look. The reversible layout works for left or right sliding configurations. Installation requires a plumb wall and level curb for proper alignment.

8 mm Tempered Glass Capacity and Headroom

The 0.31 in thick SGCC certified tempered glass handles daily shower use and resists impact without shattering. The nano water-repellent coating reduces mineral buildup on the clear panels. Bottom waterproof strips seal against normal splash and overspray. The door is not rated for steam-room pressures or structural loads beyond the enclosure itself.

Upgrade from Framed or Curtain Enclosures

Replacing a framed bypass door or shower curtain eliminates metal rails that trap mould and removes fabric that billows inward. The stainless steel handle and POM wheels glide on an aluminum track with zinc alloy wall brackets. The jump is worth it when the existing opening falls within the 56 to 60 inch range and the curb can support 114.2 lb of glass and hardware.

Questions about this item

Will the 56-60 in width range fit my existing 60 in tub opening without cutting the track?

The aluminum track adjusts from 56 to 60 in, so it fits a 60 in opening directly; no cutting is required.

How can I confirm the 8 mm tempered glass is properly seated after installation?

Check that the glass panels glide smoothly on the POM wheels, the stainless handle aligns flush, and the bottom waterproof strip contacts the tub evenly along its full length.

Does the package include the zinc-alloy wall brackets and screws, or must I buy them separately?

The box contains the complete door assembly with track, handle, wheels, glass guides and all mounting brackets; no extra hardware is needed.
