40-Inch Tower Fan for Indoor Cooling

The VEVOR FTS008R stands 40 inches tall and delivers a maximum wind speed of 22 ft/s. It suits bedrooms, offices or living rooms where a slim floor-standing unit is preferred. A 70-degree oscillation spreads airflow across a wider area.

Sustained Operation at 60 Watts

The motor draws 60 W and runs at a stated 58 dB, so acoustic output remains steady during extended use. Three speed settings and four operating modes let the user match airflow to the room temperature without short-term boosting. A 12-hour timer allows unattended running through the night.

Practical Limits of the Control Interface

The included remote control handles power, speed, mode, oscillation and timer functions from across the room. It requires the supplied button battery and direct line of sight to the fan’s receiver. No app connectivity or voice-assistant integration is provided.

Questions about this item

How much power does the 60W motor draw and what is the noise level at 58dB during continuous all-day use?

The fan runs on a 60W motor and produces 58dB of noise, so power draw and sound stay constant while it runs all day.

Does the FTS008R include the remote control and its button battery, or must I supply them separately?

The box contains the tower fan, two foot plates, and a remote control that already includes its button battery.

Will the 70° oscillation and 22 ft/s airflow work well in a room that also has a stationary fan?

The 70° oscillating sweep and 22 ft/s maximum wind speed circulate air across a broad area, complementing a fixed-direction fan.
