Portable Fuel Transfer Pump

The VEVOR 12V DC fuel transfer pump delivers up to 15 GPM using a 1/4 HP brushless motor. It handles gasoline, diesel, kerosene, ethanol and methanol blends, and bio-diesel. The unit weighs 23.48 lbs and measures 14.37 inches wide, making it portable for emergency or multi-site refuelling tasks.

Upgrade from Manual or Low-Flow Pumps

Replaces hand pumps or slower 12V units when you need to empty a 55-gallon drum in under 4 minutes. The 40 ft maximum lift and 11.5 ft suction lift let the pump draw from buried or elevated tanks. The jump is worth it when transfer speed and lift height matter more than a basic gravity feed.

Capacity and Headroom

Moves 15 gallons per minute through a 13 ft outlet hose and 6.6 ft inlet hose with G1 fittings. An automatic shut-off nozzle stops flow when the tank is full. The 12V DC input limits use to vehicle or battery power sources, and the pump is not suited for continuous high-volume industrial duty cycles.

Questions about this item

What size opening does the G1 inlet and outlet need for mounting or plumbing?

The pump uses G1 threaded connections on both inlet and outlet, so any fitting or bulkhead must match a G1 thread.

How do I wire the 12 V pump and what is the step most people miss?

Connect the leads directly to a 12 V DC source with correct polarity; the step often missed is installing an inline fuse rated for the 1/4 HP motor.

How often should the 6.6 ft inlet hose and 13 ft outlet hose be inspected or replaced?

Inspect both hoses before each use for cracks or soft spots and replace them at the first sign of wear or fuel permeation.
