Construction Grade Connector

This 12:12 pitch gable plate connects wooden beams at a precise roof angle using 4 mm powder-coated steel. It is intended for builders and DIYers who need a corrosion-resistant bracket for structural truss reinforcement in outdoor projects.

Twenty-Nine Hole Pattern

The plate provides 29 pre-drilled mounting holes with a 6 mm diameter, exceeding typical connector plates by nine holes for greater joint stability. Thirty bolts at 50 mm length are included so the hardware is ready for immediate installation.

Powder Coat Weather Protection

A 100 to 120 micron black powder coating creates a matte finish that resists rust and corrosion in harsh external environments. The 7 kg steel panel installs flush so bolt heads do not protrude, maintaining a clean appearance after assembly.

Questions about this item

What does the 12:12 pitch mean for how this gable plate sits on a roof?

The 12:12 pitch indicates the plate arms are angled to match a roof that rises 12 units vertically for every 12 units horizontally, so the bracket aligns with that specific slope.

What bolts are included and what size holes do they fit?

The package includes 30 bolts, each 50 mm long, designed for the 29 pre-drilled holes that are 6 mm in diameter.

What are the overall dimensions and arm width for checking fit on my beam?

The plate measures 920 mm by 520 mm overall, with each arm 100 mm wide, and the steel is 4 mm thick.
