Universal Garage Door Seal
This 16 ft rubber strip combines a U-shaped channel with an O-ring profile to seal the bottom of residential or light-commercial garage doors. The 3-3/4 inch width and 5/16 inch T-ends fit standard retainer channels, blocking air, moisture, dust and insects from entering the building. It is sold new and ready to install.
Fits Standard Retainer Channels
The T-end profile slides into existing aluminium or PVC retainers without adhesives or fasteners, so no extra hardware is required. Once seated, the dual-profile rubber compresses against the floor to close gaps that let in wind-driven rain or cold air. The 4.8 m length covers most single and double door widths in one piece.
Handles 40°F to 140°F
High-grade rubber keeps its elasticity across a 40°F to 140°F range, so the seal stays pliable through winter freezes and summer heat. The seven-layer circular construction resists tearing 50 % better than basic flat strips, yet the material will eventually wear where tyres cross daily. At 5.05 lbs the roll is manageable for one-person fitting.

Questions about this item
How well does the rubber hold up in extreme cold or heat over time?

Will the seal become noisy or brittle after sitting in direct sun all day?
High-quality rubber construction resists hardening and cracking across the 40°F to 140°F operating range, so it stays flexible and quiet even after prolonged exposure.
Does the bottom track on my door need a specific T-end slot width for this seal to fit?
Yes, the seal uses 5/16 inch T-ends designed to slide into a matching channel on the door bottom.
